Dignity Matters is a non-profit that collects, purchases and supplies menstrual products, bras and underwear to women and girls who are homeless or disadvantaged in order to help them stay healthy, regain self-confidence and live with basic dignity.
As Dignity Matters is based in Westborough, we've selected a project an off-site project for the convenience of our members. Glamorise, a lingerie company, donates hundreds of bras to Dignity Matters and each needs to be bagged and labeled for distribution.
We will begin this project at a member's home in Wellesley on May 30th and then continue throughout the spring. This includes working on it before and after "The Menopause Brain" at Hummingbird Books on June 3rd.
