Join us at our first Speaker Series event of the season!

Caroline Balz, LMHC, will offer her guidance on navigating the complexities of midlife. She will introduce five transformative habits that can help manage the challenges of midlife while embracing this period as an opportunity for profound personal growth. Drawing from her extensive experience in therapeutic practice, Caroline will demonstrate how these habits can serve as powerful tools for fostering resilience, embracing change, and unlocking new potential during life’s pivotal transitions.

Caroline has been in private practice for almost 20 years. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has Chaired the Board of the Multi Service Eating Disorder Association (MEDA), is Co-Owner of the Psychological Interiors and is the mother of two teenage boys.

Dignity Matters is our nonprofit partner for this event. We will learn more about this nonprofit prior to Caroline's talk and will be collecting gently used bras, new underwear and new menstrual products to donate to Dignity Matters
