Women's Lunch Place

New nonprofit partner! We are thrilled to volunteer at the Women's Lunch Place  (WLP) in Boston this spring! Join us as a Meal Program Assistant on April 30. Meal Program Assistants help kitchen staff with food preparation, serving meals and clean up, enabling WLP to provide healthy and delicious breakfasts and lunches to their guests. 

The mission of the Women's Lunch Place is to inspire hope and support the development of self-sustaining skills for women experiencing hunger, homelessness and poverty. WLP creates a safe and welcoming day shelter community in which they respect the dignity of their guests. They build trusting relationships to provide individualized services focused on nutrition, health, housing and economic empowerment.
