Research is clear: time in nature reduces stress, restores focus and supports overall well being. Join TDC member and Arnold Arboretum volunteer Dede Tower for a guided walk through one of Boston's most beautiful living collections — ending with a forest bathing practice that invites you to slow down, breathe, and simply be present.

What We'll Do Together:

  • Visit the Explorers Garden - home to exotic trees grown from seeds brought back from expeditions to China, Japan, and Korea
  • Experience forest bathing: a gentle, sensory practice of connecting with the natural world around you
  • Find your own pine tree, feel grounded, and focus on your breath and senses
  • Walk and connect with fellow TDC members in a beautiful outdoor setting
Good to Know:
  • Space is limited - register early
  • Guests are welcome
  • Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes
  • Weather policy TBD - check back closer to the date
  • Do not meet at the main entrance. Meet at the entrance on Flora Way and Walter St. Park on either street.
